Meet Adriana Muñoz
I am a first-generation Mexican American, born and raised in Chicago in a bilingual and bicultural household. From an early age, I worked in my father’s small business, where I learned the value of hard work and community.

I earned a BS in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and began my career as an ER nurse in Illinois and Arizona. My drive to lead on a larger scale led me to pursue an MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management, renowned for its focus on international leadership.

In 2009, I moved to Mexico City to join Cook Medical, beginning a career in medical devices across Latin America. Over the next decade, I held General Management roles at W.L. Gore, Cardinal Health, and CVS. In 2020, as a Healthcare Consultant with Alvarez & Marsal, I was introduced to Search Funds—Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition—which inspired me to complete the Advanced Finance Program at Wharton.

In 2024, I acquired Admar Neuro, a 40-year-old neurodiagnostics company, where I now serve as CEO.

I now live in South Florida with my husband and two daughters, Pili and Dani.
